Who is Fiona
Fiona is a UK Chartered Psychologist and people development specialist with more than 25 years’ experience of transformational change projects. An experienced coach, she brings a unique understanding of the complex interactions of people’s psychology, their biology and neurology, their thinking and behaviour, so that managers and leaders can be more their best selves more of the time.
Experiences & Passions
Passionate about enabling as many people as possible to lead their best lives, Fiona is passionate about facilitating others’ learning, coaching and writing, and has written numerous articles and published 4 books on the subjects of leadership and understanding relationships. Her doctoral research, in the area of Authentic Leadership, was undertaken with senior serving officers in the UK military and with UK business leaders.
