Experiences & Passions
Lucy is fascinated in leadership and how people development and adapt to change and believes that building trusting environments where people feel safe and valued is the formula for high performance. She is also passionate about helping young leaders step up and have a voice to help Boards shape businesses that are future proofed.
Over 3 decades she has run her own companies, been a leader in Unilever where she learnt the value of purpose-led brands, worked in a start-up, pioneered a revolutionary new food which led the transformation of a global market. She now lives with her family in the Chiltern Hills where she enjoys cycling and singing.
