Nicky is an experienced Coach, Board Advisor, Non-Executive Director and Chair with deep people leadership expertise and governance experience. Nicky has broad business operations expertise from over 15 years in the Financial Services industry, with a record of building resilient and effective teams, whilst delivering bottom line results. Nicky is also an Advisory Board Member for an independent, not-for-profit organisation, supporting business owners and leaders to improve their performance and sustainability.
As an accomplished relationship builder through strong listening and influencing skills, and leaning on her first-class degree in psychology, Nicky combines evidence-based practice and the latest thinking in psychology, neuroscience & ethics, to help individuals, leaders, teams, and organisations achieve their goals.

Having worked across a number of different sectors, Nicky has dedicated her career to building collaborative and collegiate working relationships with diverse professionals, who feel passionate about authentic leadership and want to make a difference in the world.
Nicky is an Associate of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment, and an award-winning Charity Trustee, contributing to the healthcare, communities, and mediation voluntary and charitable sectors. She lives in West Sussex, UK and enjoys spending time with friends and family.
