Rachel is an accredited coach, mentor and business adviser to senior executives and Boards. She is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and a member of the International Coaching Federation. Her executive career as a technology leader focussed on digital transformation, strategy, leadership, healthtech and digital inclusion and spans the private, public and not-for-profit sectors in the UK and internationally. She has worked in large, complex organisations including the EU and as a senior civil servant in the UK.

She is a former CEO, and was the first Digital Head of Profession and Chief Digital Officer at the Department of Health. Rachel is a Governor of Birkbeck, University of London, a Non-Executive Director (NED) for TPXimpact plc, a former Chair and Board member of Digital Leaders, and sits on the Boards of the Academy of Social Science’s Campaign for Social Science and Digital Health London. Experiences & Passions

Rachel practises across the full spectrum from pure coaching to mentoring and consulting. As a former CEO and current NED, she understands the requirements and demands of executive leadership from both sides of the Board table. Rachel brings that insight to her work with senior leaders and is a champion of equality, diversity and inclusion as a core ingredient for organisational success.

A major area of focus, based on her own professional experience, is what it means to be a leader in an increasingly digital world. Rachel is a frequent speaker at UK and international conferences, has appeared regularly before parliamentary Select Committees, is a frequent judge of digital awards, and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (RSA).
