Who is Sally
Sally is an Executive Coach and Facilitator who specializes in leadership in international business and the dynamics of cross-cultural teams. An expat for five decades, she has coached clients from countries as diverse as Australia, China, France, India, Japan, Kuwait, Nigeria, Russia and Saudi Arabia, and facilitated workshops across five continents. Sally believes that our primary culture is human, and there is more that unites us than divides us. Engaging minds and hearts to collaborate on complex cross-border business challenges is at the core of her work with companies. She also works extensively with individuals on communication and executive presence.
Experiences & Passions
Sally is a born entrepreneur, who started her first business at the age of 24 and hasn’t looked back. In her career, she has made milkshakes, cleaned bathrooms, edited legal textbooks, written speeches for politicians, created theatre with street children in Myanmar, and coaxed CEOs out of their jackets to try tightrope walking. She is a published poet, a playwright and an actress,
