Who is Sola
Sola John is an experienced coach and mentor with over 15 years in working with various group of people from young people to leadership teams from the development space, to business start-up entrepreneurs. He recently concluded a training and coaching project for the German Government GIZ program for returnees to Nigeria.
He focuses on problem solving in the areas of leadership crisis, change management and emotional intelligence. This has taken him to some African countries for similar assignments with proven results.
Experiences & Passions
He is also a workshop facilitator, conference speaker, leadership and organisational skills development trainer. He is also experienced in conflict management and public service delivery. He is a certified Emotional Intelligence; Certified Career Coach and NLP Coach and has a PhD from the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria.
