Angela is a transformational leadership coach, facilitator, speaker and author who enjoys inspiring senior leaders to upgrade their thinking and conduct for even better personal and professional performance. With a unique blend of people, creative and commercial acumen as an ICF accredited coach (PCC), entrepreneur and a qualified accountant (ACA), she supports managers and leaders to grow their whole system thinking and conduct for sharper horizon scanning, stronger relationships and sustainable organisational performance.
An advanced practitioner in group dynamics, Angela is expert at reading a room and supporting authentic dialogue of what gets in the way of open relationships of high trust, collaboration and innovation and facilitating productive shifts in culture and behaviours.
Experiences & Passions
Angela fundamentally believes every individual, team and organisation has even more potential than they currently access due to our innate human hard wiring. When people increasingly understand, surface and learn to regulate their defensive reactions, they get out of their own way, grow self-trust, powerful inner confidence and support others to do likewise.
With over 25 years of hands-on business leadership and change experience in blue chip organisations including KPMG, Marsh Inc and Atkins plc, Angela enjoys supporting all human flourishing. Her latest book explores the thinking and conduct upgrade necessary for authentic self-leadership in the twenty first century and she loves sharing insight across the spectrum of senior leaders to her pro bono work with young adults. She also loves running and run leading.
