Who is Rhia
As a Consultant, Facilitator and Communications Specialist, Rhia is passionate about helping young people realise that they’re never too young to lead. Through her work in schools, universities and early careers within organisations, she supports the next generation to lead themselves and others with authenticity from the start of their careers.
Rhia leads and facilitates Holos’ New Gen Leadership Programme, facilitating group and 1:1 workshops with individuals in their 20s across the globe. Rhia also designs and delivers workshops for senior leaders within organisations to help them better understand, connect with and co-create alongside younger generations - bridging generational gaps and turning them into opportunities for growth.
Experiences & Passions
Rhia holds a first-class degree in International Management from King’s College London and has also studied Behavioural Science and Psychology at the University of Toronto and London School of Economics. She has worked in change management, communications and leadership development.
Rhia is energised by people and organisations that challenge the status quo to create a better, more human-focused future. When not working, you’ll likely find her in deep conversation, exploring somewhere new or walking her dog.
